Pablo Mazuecos Nievas is a versatile concert pianist with extensive experience in a wide range of styles, including jazz, chamber music, and lyrical repertoire. A professor and cultural manager with an exceptional career in promoting music in Spain, he is the founder and president of Clasijazz, a foundation that has transformed the musical scene in Almería, becoming an international reference for jazz and creative music. His work has been recognised with the Gold Shield of the City of Almería, an award that highlights his contribution to culture and his ability to bring people together through music.

Mazuecos has spearheaded the Clasijazz Big Band Profesional, an innovative project aimed at consolidating the big band format in Spain, providing musicians with opportunities to develop their talent in a community-driven environment. Additionally, he has promoted educational and cultural initiatives that have placed Almería on the international music map, attracting renowned artists and significantly impacting the training of new generations.
