The International Festival and Music Course in Sorbas is dedicated to creating a respectful and harmonious atmosphere for all participants. To ensure a seamless experience for everyone, the following rules must be adhered to:
Respect and Collaboration: All participants are expected to treat their peers and instructors with respect, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment throughout the course and festival.
Punctuality: Timeliness is crucial for all scheduled classes, rehearsals, performances, and activities. Arriving on time demonstrates professionalism and respect for others.
Proper Use of Facilities: Participants are required to use all facilities responsibly, including study rooms, instruments, accommodation, and leisure spaces.
Supervision of Minors: Minors will be supervised 24 hours a day by qualified monitors to ensure their safety and compliance with the organisers' guidelines.
Compliance with Accommodation Rules: Students staying at Hostal Sorbas or Hotel Museo Lucainena must adhere to the accommodation rules, ensuring respectful room-sharing and maintaining cleanliness.
Leisure Activities: Participation in leisure activities, such as using the municipal swimming pool or sports facilities, will be supervised. All attendees must follow instructions from appointed monitors.
Adherence to Organisational Policies: Participants must strictly follow the guidelines established by the course organisers during concerts, activities, and social events.
These rules aim to guarantee a safe, enjoyable, and productive experience for everyone involved. Non-compliance may lead to disciplinary actions as deemed appropriate by the organisers.

2. USERS

Labour records: ten (10) years.
Recruitment processes: two (2) years from the submission of your CV.
Furthermore, even after the relationship between the parties has ended, Clamo Music will continue to retain your information for the purpose of sending newsletters related to our products and services. You may always exercise the rights recognised by current legislation through whichever contact method is most convenient for you.
Nonetheless, despite the existence of these general time frames, we periodically review our systems to delete any data that is not legally required.
